Abstract This work investigates which factors and interactions are more influential in the inkjet printing process of conductive poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly (styrenesulfonate) patterns. The chosen experimental design is an L16 Taguchi experiment with seven different two levels each eight interactions. studied printhead voltage, print resolution, substrate temperature, treatment, height, velocity, number printed layers. analyzed dependent variables accuracy, error ratio, electrical resistance. results suggest that height most affecting quality, whereas resistance output mainly determined by Some also identified between resolution layers, temperature velocity. conclusions indicate lower benefits but hinders conductivity.
